We're looking for someone who wants to lead inspiring group training sessions and help our members have a training experience that makes them want to come back – again and again.
Practical Information
WHAT Hourly employment with typically 1–5 scheduled sessions per week (one session is approximately 30–55 minutes). The number of sessions varies based on the facility's needs and your availability.
We are currently seeking new instructors in the following concept: HIIT classes.
WHERE Fitness24Seven Lomma
WHEN We're looking for someone available weekday afternoons and evenings, as well as weekends.
About the Role
As a group fitness instructor, you are an important part of our members' training experience. You guide participants through the session, inspire them to enjoy movement, and create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels included – regardless of fitness level.
In this role, you will, among other things:
Lead group training sessions according to set concept structure
Inspire and motivate participants to progress in their training
Adapt exercises to different abilities and levels
Contribute to a safe, positive, and energizing training environment
Be an ambassador for Fitness24Seven's values and training philosophy
We believe that training should be fun, inspiring, and accessible to everyone. That's why our sessions are designed so participants can adapt the training to their own level and how they're feeling that day.
No instructor certification? No problem.
Do you have the right energy, commitment, and desire to lead others? Then we might be a great match for each other. If you're the person we're looking for, we offer training in specific concepts and will give you the tools and support you need to succeed in the role.
We're Looking for Someone Who
Has a strong interest in fitness and health
Enjoys inspiring and motivating other people
Feels comfortable speaking in front of and leading a group
Is committed, positive, and takes responsibility
Has personal experience in the type of training or category you want to instruct
Previous experience as an instructor is a plus, but not required. We place great value on your personality, energy, and willingness to develop.
