The team is responsible for developing and operating DHL Freight's parcel locker network in Sweden and works across the entire chain—from establishment and placement to monitoring, operations, and further development of the network. Job Responsibilities As a Parcel Locker Network Developer, you'll work operationally to identify and establish new locations for DHL's parcel lockers throughout Sweden. The role combines business development and outreach with administrative coordination related to establishment. The work involves prospecting and contact work where you, using e-commerce data and mapping, analyze geographic areas, identify relevant partners, and drive conversations with property owners, retailers, and housing associations. As the network expands, there will be opportunities to gradually take on greater responsibility in coordination and operational matters, as well as contribute to developing work methods and processes in day-to-day operations. Examples of work tasks: Identify and evaluate suitable locations for new parcel lockers Contact and collaborate with municipalities, property owners, and retail stakeholders Drive dialogues and follow up on potential establishments via phone and email Handle administrative work related to parcel locker establishment, such as documentation, contracts, building permits, and police permits Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities High school diploma Previous work experience in a support role, such as customer service or sales Experience in logistics or transportation is a plus Good proficiency with the Office suite Strong ability to express yourself clearly in speech and writing in Swedish To thrive in this role, you need a natural sense of organization and structured work methods.
