SIA "Sarkanā Krusta Smiltenes slimnīca" is hiring a
SOCIAL CARE AND SOCIAL REHABILITATION DEPARTMENT
MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and manage the work of the Social Care and Social Rehabilitation Department (hereinafter – Department);
• Organize cooperation with Social Services, State and Municipal institutions, Department clients, and clients' relatives;
• Monitor Department budget planning, procurement of goods and services;
• Oversee and supervise Department staff responsibilities and accountability;
• Maintain work time records for Department staff;
• Develop and improve Department internal regulatory documentation;
• Prepare Department documents and reports in accordance with regulatory requirements;
• Prepare Department contracts for long-term social care and short-term social care services;
• Participate in procurement procedures and prepare necessary information and documentation.
Requirements for Applicants:
• Higher education;
• Experience in management is desirable;
• Excellent knowledge of Latvian language;
• Experience in document management;
• Knowledge of social rehabilitation and social care field is desirable;
• High precision, sense of responsibility, communication skills, and analytical abilities;
• Ability to present and defend opinions, make independent decisions, and take responsibility for decisions made;
• Good skills with standard office software (Microsoft Office).
We Offer:
• Employment contract for an indefinite period;
• Standard working hours (40 hours per week);
• Stable remuneration starting from EUR 1800,- (before tax deduction) and social benefits;
