No. 40103023035 invites you to work as ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING AND AUTOMATION MANAGER Biological Treatment Plant "Daugavgrīva" / Rīgas ūdens Join the Rīgas ūdens team and take care of the maintenance and development of electrical equipment, electronics, and technological solutions at one of the most important water management infrastructure facilities in Riga. WE WILL ENTRUST YOU WITH: Planning and managing daily operations of the electrical equipment and electronics department Ensuring maintenance, repair, and technological development of electrical equipment, electronics, and computer hardware Coordinating operational actions and solutions in emergency situations Managing, motivating, and developing the team, distributing work tasks, and supervising their completion Preparing technical specifications for procurement Planning and monitoring budget spending, ensuring efficient resource utilization and compliance with occupational safety requirements WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE: Higher education in engineering sciences (academic or professional) Preferred professional work experience in a similar position Electrical safety qualification not lower than "Bz" (up to 1000 V) Experience in budget preparation and monitoring Experience in team management, work planning, and organization Ability to maintain professionalism and make decisions under high stress and pressure situations Precision, high sense of responsibility, and the ability to find solutions in complex situations State language proficiency at C1 level Category B driver's license WE OFFER YOU: Salary 2500 EUR (gross) Health insurance after probation period Opportunities to enhance professional knowledge and skills Opportunity to lead and develop a technical team 5 paid additional vacation days Work in a family-friendly company Work location: Dzintara Street 60, Riga If you want to lead not only a team but also technological development, we look forward to your application!
