SIA "Jēkabpils reģionālā slimnīca" Announces a vacancy for Kitchen Assistant on an indefinite contract Monthly salary: EUR 780.00 (seven hundred eighty EUR) gross Location: A.Pormaļa iela 125, Jēkabpils, Jēkabpils novads, LV-5201 Requirements: Basic education and basic skills or basic level professional education; State language proficiency at least B1 level; Previous work experience in kitchen operations is desirable. Responsibilities: Comply with sanitation and hygiene regulations, other internal and external regulatory acts and PVD guidelines; As instructed by the kitchen manager, deliver supplied raw materials to the storage area and arrange them according to storage sectors; Monitor product expiration dates and organize products according to compatibility principles; Daily, at the end of the work day, deliver raw materials from the storage to the kitchen for the next day's food production process and arrange them by sectors; Transport dirty textiles and work clothing to the laundry, receive them cleaned the next day from the laundry and deliver them to the kitchen (once per week); Daily remove waste and place it in designated locations; Daily deliver bread and meal containers to the departments; Issue meal containers to responsible employees in departments; Organize the work area after completion of work and at the end of the work day; Comply with Employment Contract, occupational health and safety, and fire safety regulations.
