ABOUT THE ROLE As a Paid Social Specialist, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns with a focus on creating profitable growth for clients. You work through the entire campaign process – from idea and creative concept to analysis, optimization, and follow-up, and work closely with both clients and colleagues. Your responsibilities include: Plan, set up, and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads Develop creative campaign concepts together with clients and internal teams Create and adapt advertising materials in the form of images and videos Test new target audiences, messages, and creative formats Follow up on campaign results and identify improvement opportunities Work data-driven with analysis and optimization for increased profitability Contribute ideas and strategies to develop clients' digital advertising Work closely with clients to identify new business and growth opportunities The role offers great freedom with responsibility and suits you if you want to work in an environment where development, innovation, and performance are central. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO: Have 3–5 years of experience with Paid Social, either from an agency or in-house Have solid experience with advertising in Meta Ads Have experience with e-commerce or other digitally driven businesses Have experience creating and adapting advertising materials based on both existing and new content Have good knowledge of image and video editing, for example in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Have a strong interest in analysis and work data-driven to optimize campaign results Are proactive, curious, and motivated by testing new ideas and working methods Communicate fluently in Swedish and English Bonus if you: Have experience with SEM or search advertising Have worked with tracking, conversion measurement, or analytics tools Have experience with A/B testing and experiment-driven optimization Have worked with multiple ad platforms and international markets Have experience from fast-growing agency or e-commerce environments ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Scope: Full-time Start: By agreement Salary: Market-based plus attractive benefits Work hours: Office hours Location: Stockholm with the possibility of hybrid work RECRUITMENT PROCESS & CONTACT This is a direct recruitment, which means that the candidate who gets the position will be employed directly by our client.
