Direct Care Worker (Assistant) for People with Disabilities

TULIPAN Association, a non-profit organization, is expanding its social services and opening a new supported housing facility in Železný Brod starting January 2027. We are looking for a reliable and empathetic team member to join us. What we're looking for: - a person with a positive approach to people and a desire to help - an independent, responsible, and communicative colleague - experience in social services is an advantage, not a requirement - valid driver's license (Group B) Education: We require a minimum of secondary vocational education with a certificate (SOU). Education in social, healthcare, or related fields is an advantage. A qualification course for social services workers is preferred (can be completed after hire). Experience and training in social, healthcare, or related fields is an advantage.
