Primary responsibilities:
• managing non-insurance social benefits agendas.
• serving clients in state social assistance benefits, state social support benefits, and foster care benefits agendas.
• verifying documents, data, and decisions submitted by other employees.
• providing initial basic consultation services to citizens in the areas of state social assistance, state social support, and foster care benefits.
• receiving and checking application requirements including data completeness and necessary confirmations, initiating administrative proceedings.
• verifying data accuracy.
• making administrative decisions on granting and determining the amount of state social assistance benefits, state social support benefits, and foster care benefits, as well as on changes to already granted benefit amounts, including processing notices of granting or changes to benefit amounts.
• cooperating with other public administration bodies regarding assessment of eligibility for state social support benefits and foster care benefits.
Qualifications and other requirements:
• minimum higher professional education
• knowledge of PC work (MS Office)
• responsibility, independence, flexibility, clean criminal record
• professional conduct, mental resilience
• legal capacity, clean criminal record, health fitness, citizenship of the Czech Republic, citizenship of another EU member state, or citizenship of a state that is a contracting party to the EEA Agreement pursuant to § 25 subsection 1 letter a) and meeting the prerequisite pursuant to § 25 subsection 2 of Act No. 234/2014 Coll., on Civil Service
Working conditions:
• salary classification in 10th salary grade in accordance with applicable legal regulations, possibility of granting a personal supplement after probation
• flexible working hours – full-time
• expected start date October 8, 2026
• employment relationship for a definite period (replacement for long-term incapacity for work) with a 6-month probation period (determined in accordance with § 178 subsection 3 of the Civil Service Act, in force)
