What Does the Role Offer? As an Outbound Manager/Outbound Operations Supervisor at Play, you'll have a central role in the company's daily logistics operations. You'll work close to operations and be responsible for leading, planning, and following up on outbound work. Your mission is to create clarity, stability, and an efficient flow in a business with varying volumes and many daily priorities. The outbound department consists of a significant part of warehouse organization with a marked increase during peak season. The role reports to the Operations Manager and involves close collaboration with several parts of the organization. The position is located in Viared and the work is performed on-site. Who Are You? You have several years of experience in operational leadership within warehouse, logistics, production, or a similar flow-oriented business where you have led employees in an environment where staffing, daily priorities, and delivery results have been central to your responsibilities. You are experienced in taking personnel responsibility, allocating work, following up on performance, and providing employees with ongoing feedback. You also need to have worked with concrete goals and relevant KPIs. Experience with outbound flows in B2B and B2C deliveries is an important part of the profile. As a leader, you create clarity by setting direction, delegating responsibility, and following up on implementation. You are present in the business, communicate expectations in a clear manner, and prioritize objectively when circumstances change. Your leadership combines coaching and involvement with clear expectations, decision-making ability, and responsibility for follow-up.
