JOB DUTIES: Security patrols and detective activities at the store and assigned area, camera monitoring, protection of property and people, security oversight of the entire store. Basic administrative tasks (daily reports). Cooperation with the Czech Police in detaining individuals committing criminal activity (theft). REQUIREMENTS: Age 18 or over, criminal record clearance, professional appearance, reliability and responsibility. Technical proficiency with digital camera systems is advantageous (training is always provided according to client specifications). Ability to handle crisis and emergency situations during security duties (theft, disturbances, reporting incidents to police and cooperation with law enforcement). Experience and security guard certification are advantageous. WE OFFER: Work in a stable company on full-time, part-time, or hourly contracts. Bonuses for detaining individuals committing crimes and for identifying and resolving emergency situations. Mediation of security guard certification. Fixed-term employment with possibility of extension.
