Strong knowledge of the Czech environment, legislation, and higher education system, enabling effective international presentation and promotion of UNYP. Experience managing foreign offices, networks of recruitment agents, or international teams. Experience in developing institutional partnerships, including extensive collaborations in Study Abroad programs. Excellent communication and negotiation skills and ability to build cross-cultural relationships. English language at native speaker level
