Introduction FOKUS Tábor, z. s. has been providing services to people with mental illness since 2001. As part of mental health care reform, it established a mental health center (CDZ) in 2020, which combines social and health care into one integrated unit. The CDZ's multidisciplinary team includes a psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, social workers, and nurses. In this way, the CDZ offers new support options, a fresh perspective on care, and an approach to recovery for people with mental illness. The CDZ aims to provide users with support and care that enables them to overcome difficulties associated with the manifestations and consequences of serious mental illness in everyday settings, ideally even in cases of health deterioration or other crises. Job Offer: We are looking for a colleague - a psychologist with psychotherapy training - to join our CDZ team in Tábor. Position: 0.25 FTE (10 hours per week). What awaits you: Psychological care and client support, including family members if applicable - providing consultations in outpatient form or in the client's natural environment. Close collaboration with other CDZ specialists within the multidisciplinary team. Participation in meetings aimed at sharing important information with colleagues and jointly establishing the best paths toward client recovery. Close collaboration with other mental health professionals in the region. Knowledge and skills you should have: Completed university education in single-subject psychology Completed psychotherapy training, or at least in its final phase. Interest in issues affecting people with serious mental illness. Willingness to embrace modern trends in mental health care. Ability to work in teams, see things from multiple perspectives, and solve problems collaboratively. Clean criminal record.
