We'll introduce you to our products and teach you how to communicate with clients and build long-term business relationships with them • You won't be alone at the branch. Every newcomer at Moneta has a buddy - a senior colleague who will help you in the first months with anything you might be unsure about • Once you have everything down, you'll be responsible for your own clients, advising them on everything they need in their life situation while actively selling the bank's products and services • With your clients, you'll actively seek business opportunities to properly set up their products and services • For clients, you'll become the face of our bank, and together with the entire team, you'll create a pleasant atmosphere at the branch that our clients will love to return to What can't you do without? • Secondary education with a diploma and computer skills are essential • We're here for clients, so we need your passion for helping, finding suitable solutions, and being readily available with everything they need in the financial field What would make us happy? • If you have previous experience in banking, sales, or customer service • No legally required certifications - if you're new to banking, that's fine.
