Job Responsibilities: Providing field-based personal assistance social services to individuals aged 7 and older without upper age limit who have reduced self-sufficiency due to health disability, chronic illness or age, and whose situation requires support from another person. This involves individual support for users in managing everyday life in their natural environment with a focus on maintaining and developing their independence and self-sufficiency. Activities include in particular assistance and support with personal care, personal hygiene, ensuring meals and household management, mobility and orientation, establishing and maintaining social contacts, participation in everyday community life, and handling personal matters. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records of service provision, collaborating on creating and evaluating individual plans, cooperating with social workers and other team members, and participating in meetings, supervisions and training. Services are provided in the Karlovarský Region, primarily in users' homes and other places where they spend their everyday life. Requirements: Professional competence in social services according to § 116 of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services – corresponding education or completion of an accredited qualification course for social service workers; criminal record clearance; health fitness; Group B driver's license; user-level computer skills; independence, reliability and responsibility; empathy, patience and respectful approach to people; good communication skills; ability to work in a team; time flexibility; appropriate physical and mental resilience; and willingness to pursue further education and professional development. Previous experience in social services, with individual planning, or working in the eQuip information system is an advantage.
