Requirements: - Driver's license Group B and T required. - Fixed-term employment with possibility of extension and four-month probationary period. - No prior experience necessary; we will provide training. Job Duties: Work with machinery, animals, feed, bedding, manure, and disinfectants. Compensation: - Base salary: 40,000,--Kč gross per month (upon completion of required monthly hours) - Statutory supplements to base salary - Annual bonus based on business performance Work Schedule: - Morning shift: 4:00 – 11:00 - Afternoon shift: 14:30 – 19:30 - Work also includes Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays according to shift schedule Employee Benefits: - 5 weeks vacation - Pension contribution subsidy - Workplace meals - cafeteria subsidy - Free flu vaccination
