Someone who: • has a desire to help others, is empathetic, a team player • likes working with people and can handle challenging situations • is responsible, open-minded and reliable • doesn't just want a "job", but wants to do something meaningful • has completed basic education, • a social services worker course, practical experience is an advantage • is in good health and has a clean criminal record • is a competent computer user No experience? That's okay • we'll teach you everything you need • what's important is to have interest and desire to help What we offer: • work that will fulfill you • friendly and personal approach • the assurance that we guarantee permanent employment and fair pay to good workers with regard to the quality of work performed • base salary from 33,000 CZK to 37,000 CZK (after training, including personal allowance) • a guaranteed supplement to the base salary for night shifts of 20%, weekend shifts of 25%, and holiday shifts of 100% • support for further education, modern workplace facilities, friendly team • rewards, 5 weeks of vacation + additional vacation • company meals • FKSP contribution for meals, home improvements, recreation, massages, sports, cultural and other events • start date possible immediately or by agreement Get in touch with us! would you like to visit first to see what it's like here?
