About the Role We are now seeking new security guard colleagues for our operations in Boden. As a security guard, you have a genuine desire to build good relationships and respect everyone, regardless of background. In your role as a security guard, you deliver safety through attentiveness and ensuring everything is in order. You do this through your presence at your workplace, which hopefully has a calming effect, but if the situation requires it, you are expected to act and cooperate with your colleagues to solve problems. As a security guard, you are employed by Securitas but work under the police authority's regulations. Requirements You have completed security guard training and hold a valid security guard license You have passed grades in Swedish at upper secondary level Class B driver's license We see that you are a stable and stress-resilient person who can handle pressure and deal well with setbacks. You are humble, team-oriented, and service-minded when dealing with the public, but also understand the responsibility of your role and can remain objective when needed. You have good communication skills and a willingness to contribute to good cooperation with both colleagues and clients. It is a merit if you have experience with or knowledge of interacting with people and if your work is driven by a desire to help people, regardless of background.
