We are now seeking a temporary replacement for a parental leave. Our employee is now on parental leave, and we are therefore looking for a substitute. KirribilliAB Best of Basic AB operates clothing stores as well as e-commerce. We now need to expand with a position for order processing, picking and packing, and customer service for our e-commerce We are looking for someone who is not afraid to take initiative, who works well collaboratively and has the ability to see what your colleagues need help with. You are positive, solution-oriented, and responsible. You must have fluent Swedish both spoken and written, as you will be communicating with our web customers. You are efficient and unpretentious, enjoy varied tasks, and want to work at a rapidly growing e-commerce company. As an employee with us, your main responsibilities will be picking and packing, order processing, customer service, and handling returns and deliveries. You will have daily contact and frequent phone calls from our customers. It is therefore of utmost importance that you are service-minded and ensure that our customers always have the best experience. You are thorough and ensure that all packages are sent out on time. You are stress-resistant and ensure that the flow in the warehouse runs smoothly. If you have previous experience working with clothing, retail, or picking and packing at an e-commerce company and an interest in fashion and design, that is a plus. We require that you have a good understanding of computer systems, excellent organizational skills, and are not afraid to unpack and pack goods with accompanying price tags. You should also be able to answer questions in our customer service regarding order status, etc. Working hours may vary depending on the workload of our online operations The position is 50% as a base but usually involves more working hours depending on season and workload We have a collective agreement
