Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience; minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics operations; team leadership experience. Customer-oriented approach, ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, strong organizational and prioritization skills, stress resilience, proactive approach, ability to function as both a leader and team player. Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook), data analytics and visualization (e.g., Power BI), knowledge of SAP, TMS, or WMS is a plus.
