JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You will work closely with our seniors in their homes or at our residential facilities. You provide support, create security, and contribute to a dignified and active life. This involves practical assistance, social interaction, and care.
Our operations run 24/7, and work on evenings, weekends, and nights may be included. We typically offer full-time positions, but part-time may be possible. A criminal record check is required before employment.

QUALIFICATIONS
To work with us, you need:
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Computer skills—documentation is an important part of the work
• Class B driver's license (may be required for certain positions)
• You must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to common goals
• Be communicative, attentive, and clear in your communication
• Be service-oriented and show genuine interest in our users
Meritorious:
• Work experience in healthcare and care services
• Certification in approved nursing assistant training or care worker education
• Knowledge of low-arousal approaches and clarifying pedagogy
• Experience with documentation in the Life Care system
• Ability to adapt to changes and new work methods
