Call Center Operator, Customer Service, Sales Line for O2

We are a call center – Present Trade s.r.o. and we are NEWLY opening a branch in Petřvald u Karviné. We provide customer service and sales line support for O2. We are looking for new team members who want stable employment, fair compensation, and free weekends. What you will do: •call only existing O2 customers – no cold calling •take care of clients, address their needs, and offer them services they will use •supplement and expand O2's service portfolio What we offer: •140–200 Kč/hour + performance bonuses •realistic monthly earnings 25,000–43,000 Kč •fair working hours MON–FRI 8:30–16:30 (weekends off) •pleasant environment and friendly team in Petřvald •competitions, material rewards, and team events •the new branch is located in Petřvald u Karviné, in an easily accessible area from all surrounding towns and villages. The Petřvald bus stop – "Pod Sokolovnou" is only about 5 minutes' walk from the workplace.
