We are looking for new colleagues for our production team who have manual dexterity, an eye for detail, and a willingness to learn. What the job involves: - manual filing, grinding and finishing of metal parts - polishing and refining to precise shape - quality control - visual and using measuring tools (e.g. calipers) - working in a clean, modern and safe environment - introductory training at the training center (fully covered) What is required: - manual dexterity and carefulness - willingness to work three shifts (6:10-14:10 / 14:10-22:10 / 22:10-6:10) - reliability and willingness to learn new things What we offer: Wages and bonuses - starting wage from 205 CZK/hour - annual wage increases - supplements: afternoon +10%, night +17%, overtime up to +40% - performance bonus up to 6,000 CZK/month Benefits - contribution to pension or investment product up to 3% of salary - Benefit+ recovery program 5,000 CZK/year - subsidized meals (lunch from 41 CZK) + free coffee - free physiotherapy - company events for employees and their families Contact is possible by email or phone (8:00 - 16:00).
