Work location: Magnesia plant, Mnichov 151, 353 01 Mnichov. Fixed-term employment contract (6 months) - thereafter (upon mutual satisfaction) possible conversion to permanent contract. Salary: 30,000,- Kč to 39,000,- Kč (base salary + 10% monthly bonus + shift allowances) + 20% for each hour worked at night + 25% for Saturday work + 50% for Sunday work. Working hours: 6:00-18:00 h x 18:00-6:00 h. Job duties: operation of automated production lines (filling and packaging products), monitoring smooth production flow, performing basic maintenance and minor repairs during machine downtime, material handling, returnable containers and finished products management. Requirements: completed vocational education with certification, willingness to work in 12-hour shift operations, good physical condition, manual dexterity, experience in production environment advantageous, class B driver's license and own car (ensuring availability to the plant). We offer: 240,- Kč meal allowance per worked shift (up to 3,600,- Kč/month), transportation contribution by car up to 30 km distance at 3,- Kč/km, 8,000,- Kč/year in benefits program, 5% annual bonus, 5 weeks vacation + 2 personal days, pension contribution, life and accident insurance and liability insurance, drinking water provision at workplace and discounted purchase of our products.
