Description:

Job Description: - Organizes and coordinates material receipt, binder and aggregate delivery. - Prepares uniform molding mix. - Performs visual inspection of mixers. - Performs visual inspection of conveyor belt routes for distribution, collection, and transfer of dried sand. - Performs cleaning of mixer discharge chutes and distribution conveyor belt hoppers. - Performs cleaning of elevator and mixer troughs inside and outside. - Ensures fulfillment of accumulation tanks for molding lines. - Performs cleaning of the molding mix distribution route. - Maintains order under the reversing belt. - Ensures prescribed testing of uniform molding mix is performed in the sand laboratory and maintains records of these tests. - Ensures regulation and implementation of reactive action plan in case of non-conforming results in the uniform molding mix. - Performs control of uniform molding mix parameters and takes steps to achieve parameter conformity, including regulation and implementation of reaction plan. - Verifies conformity and non-conformity of purchased raw materials, decides on their release for the assigned section. - Performs process setup for uniform molding mix preparation based on the previous day's consumption (core consumption, metal consumption, etc.). - Performs workplace cleaning.
