Logistics Operator/Warehouse Associate/Forklift Driver

In Štětí, we produce special friction materials used worldwide 🌎. We operate as a small team of up to 45 people, where everyone sees the impact of their work. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate activities for all company warehouses Ensure loading and unloading operations Maintain systematic warehouse organization according to FIFO principles Manage correct receipt, storage, and dispatch of company materials (production components, packaging materials, materials for external services, work in progress, finished products, etc.) Perform incoming and outgoing logistics inspections (verify delivery details on delivery notes/CMR documents against actual shipments) Receive and handle packages from freight companies and Czech Post Responsibility for accurate inventory records in the SAP system Use relevant SAP transactions for dispatch and receipt processes Conduct partial and regular interim and annual inventory counts Scan and archive documents related to the process Support and collaborate on waste management organization Responsibility for IMS requirements in environmental, ESH, and fire safety areas within your activities Participate in selected Miba Group activities and events What We Expect From You: Secondary education or vocational training with a certificate Basic English skills for communication with drivers PC proficiency (MS Office, SAP) Valid forklift operator license Class B driver's license Independence and efficiency Conflict and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively Responsibility and reliability What We Can Offer You: Attractive salary 💰 commensurate with experience One-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of conversion to permanent employment Meal allowance 🍽️ and attendance bonuses Team building participation 🎉 and further development opportunities Two-shift operation without weekends (8-hour shifts), weekends always free for family, rest, or hobbies Attendance bonus Interested in this opportunity?
