Operators for manufacturing industry in Skånes Fagerhult! Are you technically interested and comfortable in a production environment where quality and collaboration are in focus? TopWork is now seeking several operators for a modern industrial operation in Skånes Fagerhult. We are looking for people who enjoy practical work, have an eye for quality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. About the Position As an operator, you will work to monitor and manage production and ensure that processes and machines function effectively and meet quality requirements. Job duties may include: Monitoring and operating machinery Material handling and inspection Quality control Basic troubleshooting and adjustments Reporting and documentation Collaboration with production colleagues The positions are located in both permanent day and permanent evening shifts. We are Looking for You Have experience from industry, production, or similar work Are technically interested and practically minded Have good work ethic and take responsibility for your work Comfortable working both independently and in a team Have good knowledge of Swedish It is an advantage if you have: Forklift certification Experience with machinery monitoring or process industry Experience reading technical drawings or quality work Additional Information Planned start is later in autumn, around week 48. There is an opportunity for training a few weeks before start at another location together with colleagues.
