- Supervising 8 staff members (operators and material handlers) - Setting up and adjusting extrusion lines for PVC and PE profiles - Troubleshooting technical and technological issues in production, collaborating on production optimization - Quality control activities on finished products, responsibility for compliance with plastic extrusion procedures according to product parameters and production documentation, maintaining work records. Requirements: - Secondary technical school or vocational training, preferably in a technical field - Knowledge of MS Office - Manual dexterity, reliability, responsibility, independence.
