We're looking for someone to manage substrate production operations on our mixing line. For most of your shift, you'll be working at a computer—setting up production according to formulas, monitoring its progress, and planning individual steps to ensure smooth workflow.
But it's not just computer work. During your shift, you'll also need to manually prepare and add certain mixture components, such as fertilizers in packages up to 25 kg.
We're looking for someone who can think ahead, organize their work well, and take responsibility for keeping the line running smoothly. Prior manufacturing experience is not a requirement—what matters more is technical thinking, reliability, and a willingness to learn the entire process. This position is therefore suitable even for a capable graduate.
What you'll do: operate the substrate mixing line, set production parameters in the system according to prescribed formulas, monitor production progress and substrate quality, work primarily with a computer (basic system operation, data entry, MS Office work), manually load fertilizers (packages approximately 25 kg)—physically demanding work, collaborate with production colleagues and follow safety and operational procedures, work on a two-shift schedule, weekends off.
Who we're looking for: a flexible, independent, and responsible person, a candidate with basic computer skills, valid driver's license category B and forklift certification advantageous, manual dexterity, technical knowledge and organizational skills advantageous.
