What do we expect from you? What skills are we looking for? - willingness to work in shift-based continuous operations (12-hour shifts: 2 days off, 2 days morning shift, 2 days off, 2 days night shift - repeating cycle) - secondary technical education (apprenticeship) in a technical field (suitable for recent graduates) - technical knowledge in machining and basic PC skills - ability to learn new procedures, operation of modern technical equipment - ability to handle loads over 15 kg - experience in similar operations is a significant advantage - manual dexterity, attention to detail, and thoroughness - independent approach and responsibility What will you do?
