Job Position: Riveting Operator Job Responsibilities: • Assembly, positioning, and alignment of individual parts and fastening materials into final assemblies (sub-assemblies) according to work plans and technical drawings • Handling of production parts, cleaning, and packaging – work with gantry crane • Drilling, riveting, and minor adjustments to individual parts and assembly units • Quality control of completed work, process monitoring – work with measuring instruments and gauges • Adherence to principles, standards, and regulations during assembly • Preparation and maintenance of the work area (tools, fixtures, parts, and other items) • Sorting of metal material according to material type and instructions • Maintenance and inspection of machinery, equipment, and work areas according to schedule Qualification Requirements: Required: • Manual dexterity • Responsibility, attention to detail, and appropriate technical thinking • Adequate visual acuity • Willingness to work in 3-shift operation Recommended: • Training/apprenticeship as MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN / LOCKSMITH Working Conditions: • Work in a friendly team environment • Thorough training by experienced colleagues • Professionalism and fairness • Backing of a strong international company • Attractive work in the aerospace industry • Permanent employment contract • 25 days of vacation • Transportation allowance for employees living more than 5 km away • Company cafeteria with employer contribution • Contribution to pension savings and supplemental insurance Start Date: Immediately
