We are looking for an operator with a wheel loader license for an assignment with one of our clients in Halmstad.

About the Position
As an operator, you will monitor and manage daily production. The role involves varied practical work where you combine operator tasks with wheel loader operation and material handling.
You will be an important part of the operation and contribute to ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and with the right quality. The work can be physically demanding and requires responsibility, thoroughness, and good teamwork skills.
Monitor and operate production equipment
Handle and transport materials with a wheel loader
Load, unload, and move materials within the work area
Perform routine inspections and ongoing supervision of machines and equipment
Follow instructions, procedures, and safety regulations
Document and report production deviations
Contribute to order and cleanliness in the workplace
Collaborate with colleagues to meet production goals
Location: Halmstad
Employment Type: Fixed-term position with potential for continued work

About You
We are looking for someone with experience in practical work within industry, production, warehouse, or similar environments. You are experienced with machinery and thrive in an environment where safety, quality, and efficiency are priorities.
As a person, you are responsible, thorough, and flexible. You work well in teams but can also work independently and take initiative when needed. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
Required Qualifications
Valid wheel loader license or documented competence for wheel loader operation
Experience operating a wheel loader
Experience working in industry, production, warehouse, or material handling
Good understanding of safety and working environment
Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Desirable Qualifications
Experience in operator work or process industry
Experience with loading, unloading, and material handling
Additional truck licenses
Experience with shift work
Class B driver's license
