Press Machine Operator

Description:

Job Responsibilities: • Machine Setup and Configuration - material preparation, packaging preparation, pressing line configuration according to instructions. • Pressing Operations - machine operation, removal of pressed products and their packaging. • Quality Control - visual inspection of products according to manual, dimensional checks where required, record keeping of inspections performed. Handling of non-conforming products. • Material Handling - operation of material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts) • Administrative Tasks - production record keeping and quality documentation. We Require: • Secondary education with high school diploma or vocational certificate • User-level proficiency with MS Office tools • Ability to read and understand technical documentation • Knowledge of ERP systems (advantageous) • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (advantageous) • Active communication skills in German or English (advantageous) • Three-shift operation capability • Independence, responsibility, and attention to detail.
