Are you meticulous, technically interested, and comfortable working in a production environment? We are currently seeking operators for an assignment with our client in Hyltebruk. Here you will have the opportunity to develop within industry and production and become part of an engaged team.
About the position
As an operator, you will work in the client's production monitoring and managing machines and production equipment. Your work tasks may include starting, stopping, and adjusting machines, refilling materials, performing quality checks, and documenting production results.
You will work according to instructions and ensure that production maintains high quality and runs smoothly as planned. The role also involves identifying and reporting deviations and contributing to order and safety in the workplace.
The work is practical and varied, and you will work both independently and together with colleagues. The position is full-time and working hours may be scheduled during daytime or shift work.
About you
Formal competence
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and has an interest in technology, machines, and industrial production. You find it easy to follow instructions and procedures and are comfortable working at a fast pace.
Requirements for the position include good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as the ability to work full-time. You also need to be in good physical condition since the work may involve standing and walking for most of the workday and handling materials.
Merits
Experience working as an operator or within industrial production
Experience with machine monitoring, machine setting, or changeover
Technical interest or education in industry, technology, or automation
Familiarity with quality checks and production documentation
Experience working according to Lean or other improvement methods
Forklift certification or other relevant licenses
Class B driver's license and access to a car
