About the Position
As a line operator, you will work in a team where you collectively ensure efficient and safe operation of the coating line. The role involves varied work with a focus on production, quality, and material flow.
Work is conducted in 2-shift rotation and requires strong collaboration, quality mindset, and safety awareness.
Your responsibilities include:
Monitoring and operating the coating line
Quality control of incoming and outgoing materials
Forklift operation and material handling
Operator maintenance, cleaning, and minor service
Troubleshooting and addressing minor operational disruptions
Reporting deviations and quality defects
Participation in continuous improvement and daily management
About You
Formal Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a high school diploma, preferably with a technical or industrial focus. You have experience from manufacturing or process industry and thrive in a production environment where quality and safety are prioritized.
You have:
Experience from manufacturing or process industry
Driver's license category B
Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
Good computer skills
Ability to follow procedures, instructions, and safety regulations
The work involves significant standing and walking, which requires good physical fitness.
Meritorious
It is advantageous if you have:
Forklift certification categories A and B
Forklift operation experience
Production line experience
Coating or surface treatment experience
Quality control and continuous improvement experience
Traverse certification
Hot Work certification
