CALL CENTER OPERATOR We are looking for an operator for our call center in Litvínov. Start date available immediately. Job duties: communicating with customers at the call center, handling phone calls and emails, assisting customers at the pickup counter and preparing goods from the warehouse. Shifts: short/long week, 6:30-18:30. Suitable even without experience, we will provide training. o Pleasant and professional demeanor - daily communication with customers by phone, email and in person at the pickup counter o Communication skills and patience - handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints calmly o Good knowledge of Czech - cultured written and spoken communication (handling emails and phone calls) o Basic computer skills - email, order/warehouse system (we will provide training) o Diligence and reliability - accuracy when preparing goods and processing orders o Physical fitness - includes preparing goods from the warehouse (walking, handling goods) o Punctuality - adhering to shift times (6:30-18:30, short/long week) o Experience is not necessary - we will provide training TO APPLY: Jakub Liška, tel.: 731164555 call on weekdays from 10:00 AM, email: [email protected]
