Position: CNC Production Operator (M/F) Start Date: Immediate, Salary: 30,000 - 50,000 Kč/month Work Location: Plynárenská č.p. 346, Příbram I 261 01 Příbram 1 Contact: Troblová Olga Dis., tel.: 607 520 634, e-mail: [email protected] Detailed Information: What will your job responsibilities be? • Independent operation and setup of CNC mills or lathes. • Production preparation - tool selection, setting machining parameters and technological procedures. • Work according to technical and engineering drawings. • Production of precise machined parts on modern CNC machining centers. • Quality control of products using measuring instruments and verification of required tolerances. • Basic maintenance of assigned machinery. • Recording production data and cooperation with the technologist and other production team members. What do we expect from you? • Experience with CNC machining (milling or turning) is an advantage, not a requirement. • Technical or mechanical engineering education or experience is a plus. • We also welcome candidates from other technical professions (e.g., locksmiths, mechanics, setup specialists, toolmakers, or graduates of technical programs) who are interested in learning CNC machine operation. • Ability to understand technical and engineering drawings or willingness to learn. • Technical thinking, attention to detail, independence, and responsible approach to work. • Knowledge of control systems (e.g., Heidenhain or Siemens) is an advantage, not a requirement. • Eagerness to learn new things and develop professionally. • Willingness to work in a two-shift operation (morning/afternoon) Employee Benefits: What do we offer you? • Salary of 30,000 - 50,000 Kč based on your experience and skills. • Possibility of arranging accommodation for candidates from other regions. • Afternoon shift premium: 150 Kč. • Transportation allowance: 3 Kč/km. • Meal voucher contribution: 129 Kč per working day. • Annual vacation contribution: 6,500 Kč. • Pension insurance contribution: 500 Kč monthly. • 3 Sick days. • Referral bonus: 10,000 Kč. • Fixed-term contract for the first year, then permanent contract. • Parking directly in the company premises. • Good public transportation accessibility. • Friendly team and regular company events.
