Operators needed at Advanced Plastic Recycling Nordic AB in Motala We are looking for operators responsible for ensuring efficient and safe operation of machines and production systems within the company. The operator plays a key role in monitoring processes, performing routine maintenance, and quickly addressing any issues to minimize downtime. The role requires attention to detail, technical understanding, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The operator works closely with production leaders to optimize production flow and maintain high product quality. We value initiative and a problem-solving mindset. The work is organized on a shift basis. Selection is ongoing. Work Tasks: · Monitor and operate machines and production equipment. · Perform daily inspections and ensure machine functionality. · Report deviations and suggest improvements. · Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment. · Carefully follow safety regulations and work procedures. · Collaborate with production leaders for optimization. · Document production data and report to the responsible person. · Handle material flows and ensure correct inventory status. · Contribute to a safe and pleasant work environment. Qualifications: · Basic technical education or equivalent experience. · Good ability to follow instructions and work procedures. · Technical understanding and problem-solving skills. · Good collaboration and communication skills. · Careful and responsible in work execution. · Basic computer skills. · Knowledge of safety regulations in production. · Forklift license B1 · Fluent in Swedish, spoken and written · Experience with machine operator work is a merit.
