In the role of Operator, you are responsible for overseeing the production of our customer's high-quality products. This means you can work in different departments with various tasks such as forklift operation, production monitoring, operating loading equipment, and more. You have an active role in operational work where you drive both problem-solving and continuous improvement. Our customer works according to Lean principles where safety and continuous improvements are a natural part of your daily work. The position involves physically demanding tasks, which requires good basic physical fitness. If you have experience as a forklift driver, hold a traverse certificate, have training in CNC or a C-license, these are strong merits for the role.
We're looking for someone with a natural technical interest and an eye for detail. You understand the importance of machines running with the highest quality and efficiency. As a person, you are solution-oriented and comfortable taking responsibility, while also being a team player who communicates well with your colleagues on the team. The position is full-time with an initial fixed-term employment of 6 months. Working hours are shift-based and may include night work. You don't need previous industry experience – we value the right attitude and willingness to learn.
