Operator at the HEJNE Factory Would you like to become part of our team and contribute to the manufacturing of one of IKEA's well-known products? We are currently looking for an operator for our HEJNE factory, where we manufacture the HEJNE storage shelf for IKEA. With us, you will be an important part of production. Responsibilities As an operator at the HEJNE factory, you will, among other things: Monitor and ensure that the production line operates optimally. Stock input materials and manage the production flow. Perform quality inspections to ensure high product standards. Participate in preventive maintenance and minor service work. Contribute to order, safety, and continuous improvements in production. We are looking for you who Have experience in industrial work, preferably documented. Have a high focus on safety and quality. Enjoy working both independently and in a team. Are comfortable with physical work as some tasks can be demanding. Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Have basic computer skills. It is advantageous if you have previously worked as an operator in the wood industry or have a technical interest.
