We have 25 employees and are located in Brännebrona, outside Götene. Responsibilities As CEO of Svenska Cement, you will have an operational and business-focused role with a strong focus on leading and developing the business. You are responsible for ensuring an efficient and well-functioning operation by supporting the organization in daily work, creating structure and driving continuous improvement. You have overall responsibility and work close to the organization to create the right conditions for stable and efficient production. Through active leadership, you support daily operations, ensure good collaboration between different functions and contribute to developing an organization characterized by engagement, structure and accountability. An important part of the role is to continue developing the company's processes, routines and working methods. You drive improvement initiatives in production, work environment, environmental work and property-related matters. You are also responsible for the overall management of the business with a focus on budget, results, cost monitoring and resource efficiency. The role also includes strategic work where you, together with owners and management, contribute to decisions regarding the business's future development and investments. Over time, the role will evolve toward greater commercial responsibility. Therefore, we would like to see that you have an interest in business development and helping to build the company's future growth. Profile We are looking for someone with solid experience in the manufacturing industry who enjoys a role where you combine business acumen, leadership and operational presence. Perhaps you have previously worked as a site manager or production manager and are ready for the next step. If you are also an engineer by training, we see that as a merit. We believe you have: Leadership experience in the manufacturing industry Good understanding of production, investments and business development Experience with budget and profit responsibility Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational effectiveness Good knowledge of Swedish and English and good IT skills Experience from infrastructure, construction and civil engineering sectors or related industries is a merit.
