Job Description: Do you want to be part of creating vital change for vulnerable people? Then the role of Operations Manager is meaningful work for you. Operations Manager is a new role within SiS and new to SiS LVM-hem Renforsen. In your role, you will be part of important security work and have a unique opportunity to make a difference—both in everyday situations and in acute emergencies. The role offers responsibility, variety, and meaningful challenges in a dynamic environment. SiS LVM-hem Renforsen is seeking an additional Operations Manager ready to take on this important mission. You will be part of a team with four other Operations Managers at the institution. As an Operations Manager, you are responsible for institution-wide coordination and work leadership of ongoing operations outside office hours—evenings, weekends, and nights—with the aim of promoting a safe care and work environment. You guide and support your colleagues in their work and ensure that work is conducted in compliance with legal requirements and in accordance with applicable guidelines, methods, and established goals. In concrete terms, this includes responsibility for incident management during alarm situations and taking necessary measures after an incident occurs. You communicate identified shortcomings and deviations from procedures to relevant managers. You prepare and update security assessments and make decisions regarding coercive measures according to LVU, LSU, and LVM in accordance with SiS work and delegation procedures. Qualifications: To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you are a stable person who remains calm even in stressful situations. You have the will and ability to act based on current decisions, guidelines, and policies. You have a holistic perspective and act in the best interest of the organization. Furthermore, you are structured in your work and have a good ability to plan and prioritize efficiently. You should also have: Appropriate university education such as social worker, behavioral scientist, or other equivalent university education, or alternatively at least two years of vocational higher education (treatment pedagogue) combined with experience working within SiS or similar organizations. Several years of experience working within SiS or other organizations focused on care, treatment, and security, such as for example social services, care and treatment, criminal justice, or other relevant field. Experience leading, prioritizing, and coordinating a work group. Good ability to express yourself in Swedish both orally and in writing. Class B driver's license.
