Responsibilities Would you like to lead daily warehouse operations while also helping develop structure and working methods? We are now seeking an Operational Warehouse Manager who will have a central role with overall responsibility for daily operations. In this position, you will have personnel responsibility for 8-12 employees and will lead, allocate, and follow up on daily work. You create the conditions for an engaged team, a good work environment, and efficient work processes. Through present and clear leadership, you work to develop your employees and ensure that operations meet set goals regarding quality, efficiency, and delivery reliability. Your responsibilities include: * Manage daily operations of the central warehouse and plan and allocate work within the team. * Lead, coach, and develop employees while ensuring a good work environment and goal achievement. * Drive improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and development of warehouse processes. * Ensure efficient inbound and outbound deliveries, material flows, and coordination of transportation. * Manage inventory, inventory accuracy, complaint handling, and cost-conscious warehouse management. The role combines operational responsibility with a clear focus on leadership and operational development. You are expected to be involved in daily operations while having the ability to see the bigger picture and work long-term on developing the warehouse function. Your Profile To succeed in this role, we would like you to have: * Experience in warehouse and logistics work in a supervisory or management role. * Documented experience in personnel management and the ability to motivate and develop employees. * Experience with complaint handling and follow-up of deviations. * An economic mindset and understanding of cost-effectiveness, warehouse management, and resource utilization. * Good IT skills and experience working in digital systems. * Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is a merit if you have experience with the business system Jeeves and/or post-secondary education focused on logistics, warehouse management, or equivalent field.
