Do you have education and/or experience in demand planning, logistics, or procurement? Are you analytical and organized? We're looking for you to be available for an immediate assignment in Solna! We are now seeking someone who wants to work as an Operative Buyer/Demand Planner for one of our customers. The role involves overall responsibility for planning and optimizing product flows as well as ensuring efficient delivery from supplier to customer. As an Operative Buyer/Demand Planner, you will work in a broad and varied role where you have many contact points, both internally and externally. Your responsibilities may include: Planning and monitoring supplier orders Daily contact with internal and external partners Monitoring and optimization of product flows Analysis and management of deviations and potential risks Following up on deliveries and results within your area of responsibility Administrative tasks related to product flow and planning The assignments are full-time and we are looking for someone available for immediate start. The assignments initially run until the end of the year, with the possibility of extension into spring 2027. You will be employed by StudentConsulting and work on-site at our customer. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are seeking someone with relevant post-secondary education in, for example, economics, Supply Chain Management, or logistics. It is a merit if you have previous experience in demand planning, logistics, procurement, or other Supply Chain work. We see that you have experience with administrative work and good system skills. You also need to be able to express yourself well in both speech and writing in Swedish and English, as the role may involve contact with international partners. As a person, you are analytical, organized, and results-oriented with an eye for detail. You thrive in a changing environment and find it easy to collaborate with different types of people.
