About the Role
As an Operational Procurement Specialist, you are responsible for daily procurement activities and ensure that goods and services are delivered according to the company's needs, agreed terms, and set timelines!
You will be part of a newly established procurement organization where you work closely with strategic procurement specialists, the business, and external suppliers. The role is central to ensuring an efficient flow from procurement need to delivery, and that suppliers meet agreed requirements and contracts.
This will involve working with a broad indirect procurement portfolio including production supplies, production equipment, and related services.
You will be part of a procurement organization consisting of approximately 10 employees within strategic and operational procurement and supplier development.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will, among other things:
Manage operational procurement of goods and services, both within and outside existing agreements
Handle the entire operational procurement process from request to delivery
Work with RFQs, purchase orders, delivery monitoring, returns, complaints, and invoice queries
Update and maintain supplier and procurement data in the ERP system
Build and develop strong relationships with suppliers
Follow up on supplier performance and contribute to improvement and development work
Prepare and communicate delivery forecasts in collaboration with strategic procurement specialists
Contribute with analyses and continuous improvements within the procurement area

Relevant education in procurement, logistics, or equivalent experience
Experience in operational procurement or a similar role
Good experience working in ERP systems
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written
Scope: Full-time
Location: The position is based in Linköping and travel within Sweden may occur.
