We are now seeking an operational procurement specialist for an extended assignment with our client, a major company in the technology industry. About the Role As an operational procurement specialist, you will become an important part of the procurement organization and work closely with strategic and operational procurement professionals, the planning department, project organization, and suppliers. Your main focus is to ensure material supply and high delivery accuracy to production and projects. This role is ideal for you if you enjoy working proactively, solving problems, and managing multiple parallel processes and stakeholder relationships. Work Location: Solna/Järfälla Assignment Period: Start by agreement - December 31, 2027 Scope: Full-time Your Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Procure materials and services based on planned needs Place and monitor purchase orders Ensure deliveries and follow up on any deviations Obtain cost estimates and quotes Manage supplier invoices Maintain ongoing contact with internal requesters and project managers Follow up with suppliers and build strong supplier relationships Work on optimizing material and information flows What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, we see that you have: At least 1 year of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, or similar Experience with operational procurement work Good understanding of supply chain and supply logistics Ability to independently drive procurement processes and ensure high delivery accuracy Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent work experience Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Meritorious It is advantageous if you have: Experience from manufacturing industry or production-related operations Experience working at a high pace with multiple parallel stakeholder interactions Experience from larger technical organizations Experience with supplier management and delivery monitoring Who Are You?
