At Aiab energy AB, we are now looking for an experienced Operational Procurement Specialist who wants to take a central role in our continued development. With us, you'll combine operational procurement work with business responsibility in a growing and developing operation. As an Operational Procurement Specialist at Aiab, you'll be an important link between our projects, suppliers, and internal functions. You're responsible for ensuring that the right materials are in place when needed, while actively working with supplier contacts, negotiations, and follow-up. The role also includes a strong focus on analysis, inventory optimization, and improvement work where you contribute to developing our processes and methods. You'll work with the entire procurement chain, from request for quotations and order placement to delivery monitoring, complaint handling, and follow-up on business goals and key performance indicators. The role also includes responsibility for parts of the supplier base as well as preparation and maintenance of article data. Who are you? We're looking for someone with several years of experience in qualified procurement work and who feels confident independently driving your areas of responsibility. You are business-minded, analytical, and have a natural drive to find solutions that create value for the business. To succeed in the role, we believe you: Have experience with operational procurement and supplier contacts. Are used to working structurally with planning, follow-up, and improvements. Have good ability to analyze needs, data, and procurement patterns. Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Have relevant education or equivalent work experience. Hold a valid driver's license (category B). Experience from energy, installation, industrial, or manufacturing operations is a merit.
