About the Role Talent By Lukas is now seeking an engaged and results-driven Sales Manager / Team Sales Manager for a strategically expanding assignment within renewable energy and sustainable electricity agreements. In this role, you combine active personal sales with operational leadership. You are responsible for building, leading, and developing a high-performing sales team focused on the private market (B2C). By taking the lead in the field and via phone, you set the standard for the team while coaching your employees to reach their goals and full potential. Key Responsibilities Operational Sales: Drive your own sales to private customers and serve as a role model in the sales process. Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, onboard, and continuously coach salespeople in their daily work to ensure high activity and quality. Target Tracking & Results: Responsible for the team's combined sales targets, activity levels, and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs). Culture Building: Drive a professional, goal-oriented, and energetic sales culture with a focus on strong customer relationships and long-term growth. Qualifications and Requirements We are looking for someone who combines business acumen with strong and engaging leadership. Documented Experience: At least 1 year of successful B2C sales experience (field sales or inside sales experience is a plus). Leadership Experience: Experience with team leadership, coaching, or demonstrated potential to take a supervisory position. Results-Oriented: Clear focus on target achievement and ability to motivate others to high performance. Communication: Excellent ability to express yourself professionally in Swedish in both speech and writing. Education: Completed upper secondary education. B driver's license is a plus.
