About You:
Work as a specialist nurse within operating rooms is qualified, and we therefore want you to have at least 5 years of experience within your specialty. We believe this is necessary to be sufficiently confident in your professional role and it aligns well with the company's role as specialists in the industry. We would like to see that you have experience from several different departments. You should be interested in professional development and taking the next step in your career. We value participation in courses and training. Those of us working at Operationskonsulterna have on average approximately 19 years of specialist experience, and we maintain the highest competency requirements in the staffing industry. This means that as an Operationskonsult, you often rank among those at the workplace with the longest experience, and as such we expect you to find it natural to share your knowledge and experience with newer colleagues. Mentoring students and new colleagues is part of the job duties.
