About You:
Work as a specialist nurse in the operating room is highly qualified, and we therefore want you to have at least 5 years of experience within your specialty. We believe this is necessary to be sufficiently confident in your professional role, and this aligns well with the company's role as specialists in the industry. We appreciate it if you have experience from several different operating room departments. You should be interested in professional development and career advancement. We value participation in courses and training. Those of us working at Operationskonsulterna have on average approximately 19 years of specialist experience, and we set the highest competency standards in the staffing industry. This means that as an Operationskonsult, you often rank among those with the most experience at the workplace, and as such we expect you to consider it natural to share your knowledge and experience with newer colleagues.
