About the role As Operations Manager with us, you join our staffing team and are responsible for ensuring that delivery and your employees at our clients function in practice, every day. A central part of the role is building, developing, and leading strong teams, as well-functioning teams are the foundation for stable delivery and good results. You work closely with both client and employees, ensuring that staffing, quality, and productivity are maintained at the right level through present leadership and structured follow-up. Our clients primarily operate within warehousing, logistics, production, and industry, and your natural workplace is therefore out in the business. You follow up on how work functions in practice and act quickly when adjustments are needed. To support you, you have an experienced team consisting of Operations Support, who assists you with administrative tasks such as bookings, timekeeping, and follow-up, and a Talent Sourcer responsible for attracting and placing the right competence on your teams at our clients. The role involves significant personal responsibility where you plan your days and drive your work forward. You combine operational presence with business acumen and actively work to develop teams, client relationships, and delivery over time. Your responsibilities • Personnel responsibility for employees, including follow-up, coaching, and development • Build, develop, and lead teams at client with focus on engagement, stability, and performance • Ensure that staffing delivery functions according to established goals related to quality and productivity • Follow up and develop delivery based on KPIs at both individual and team level • Ensure good working environment and stability in teams through presence and ongoing dialogue • Responsible for onboarding, follow-up, and continuity in staffing over time • Be a clear and professional contact for both client and employees • Develop existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities • Act quickly on deviations and drive measures together with client and internal functions • Independently plan, prioritize, and drive your work to reach established goals Who are you? We're looking for someone with experience from the staffing industry who is comfortable in a role with personnel responsibility. You understand the staffing business and what it takes to create stable delivery at a client over time. Experience with staffing in warehousing, logistics, production, or industry is particularly relevant for the role. You're used to leading employees in an operational environment and work structured with clear expectations, follow-up, and performance at both individual and team level. As a leader, you're present, solution-oriented, and clear, and have a talent for building trust with both clients and employees. You enjoy personal responsibility, drive your work forward, and have a business perspective on both delivery and client relations. At the same time, you're unpretentious and see the value of collaboration and building teams that function and perform together. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and have good system skills. A B driving license is required, and experience with Intelliplan is a merit.
